Need little improvement on the food specially on breakfast it’s too heavy take off foul beans falafel put sausages nice fried potatoes Fruit salad or slice or whole take of the fake juice cooler no need for that keep simple salad cheese are ok get rid of sliced meat no need for that. Put pancakes fried eggs sunny fried eggs not boiled waffles with syrup for kids options pancakes waffles are great ideas dames goes for adults you know simple is the best as a chef I am willing to share my recipes with you and help you with changing the menu other than that to be honest i was disappointed also you need to change your coffee brand it’s looks to cheap need fresh hot milk in flask other than that my room is clean happy with it reception are friendly porters the guy who made our amazing single Latte and cappuccino today is my last day and I’m happy ? hope to see improvement in my next visit specially breakfast Thank you

Pros: The rooms are comfortable. Location: hardly 2-3 mins walk to Masjid-e-Nabwi. Breakfast is good, different options everyday. Cons: The management is super slow they won't clean the rooms when needed. And even at the restaurant, refills during breakfast will be slow, food will be finished even before the breakfast time has ended and they won't bother to refill or anything. The cleaning of the tables will be super slow. Did not even had milk one day for tea/coffee.

Location is close to Al haram but you have to walk like for 3-4 min to reach masjid, the reception is small and nest to the entrance door making area busy. the loppy is ok. Only 2 bit small elevators are serving 9 floors, so busy all the time but you won't wait long time. The hotel is clean in general, but regular housekeeping is busy and might start late. Rooms are markedly small. The coffee shop is providing good quality drinks with good prices. Staff are trying to help and solve problems but some are laking experience.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced, there is no such thing as customer service or care, you have a phone in room for room service etc but no one can understand English when you try and call someone? The quad rooms are so small you just can't get enough room to move around, when i asked for bottles of water to be sent up they said they were chargeable? The girl with the glasses at the reception does not have any time for you whatsoever especially if you have come from overseas, After paying £100's for the room? Went down to have breakfast with my family yesterday morning and there was literally nothing there to eat for the kids, when I approached the manager of the kitchen I was shown 2 small containers of cereal for kids which could only be eaten with hot watered down milk ( disgusting) all the rest of the food was days old so had to go out the hotel to buy proper food for my family, there is no such place in the hotel for complaints as no one listens to them, if you are ever deciding to come to madina then please avoid this hotel at all costs, your booking agent will say its a good hotel but in reality it is DREADFUL, I am sharing this review to stop other people suffer what we went through, had I read the reviews before paying I would NEVER have come here, I hope I can help people by avoiding this place.

The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. The washroom is okay as well with appropriate supply of warm and cold water. The staff is courteous as well but inefficient. They do not clean your room or refill your toiletries on time. The staff is unable to provide water bottles on time unless you ask them. The rooms are small so it's almost impossible to walk if you have four beds in your room. The location is around 1km away from haram I guess but it's not bad. For elderly people I would recommend something more closer for younger people this is absolutely fine.
