It's a very nice hotel with a perfect location. Very close to the mosque. The room was clean and big enough for 2. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean with all the needed facilities and accessories. We were really surprised by food served for breakfast and dinner. For a hotel of such level, food was really good and every day different dishes. In the looby small cafeteria available with fine coffee. The only problem we faced was the reception. They have a shortage of stuff, and people who work there barely can be called professional. The rest all was perfect.

Location was ideal just to the side of Masjid Al Nabawi, so easy access for the ladies section. Hotel looked a little tired and could do with refurbishment. Quad room very tight and cramped with very limited space for luggage, storage and movement. We had to keep requesting basics like toilet tissue and towels etc... Turned out to be a 3 star hotel which our agent advised was supposed to be 4 stars, so the agent was lying to us. If your not after comfort or too fussy then this will do the job for short stay, however for families or 4 or more people either book 2 doubles or 1 larger room for longer durations.

The room was nice and easily accommodated two of us and bathroom was clean. The room was ready when we arrived at the hotel and receptionist were helpful. It's about 500m away from haram so you will have 3 to 4 min walk but it's not far and manageable if you have no accessibility issues. The breakfast has very limited options and was just OK. The check out times are strictly followed and if you are late by 1 min, you ll pay 30 riyals. Overall, good hotel and don't mind staying there again.

This is a 3 star hotel but it provides a 5 star experience! We've been taken care of by the friendly kind staff who made sure our needs are met on a timely manner to the point that the guy in the reception ordered food for us using his cellphone app as we couldn't do it from our cellphone. The location is steps away from haram and the everyday delicious open buffet breakfast was amazing. I will definitely come back to stay here.

Please ignore all 5 star reviews because they belong to their own people. By far the WORST hotel ever. ZERO customer service. Very rude staff. No one answers the calls from your room. You have to call room service 100 times to get your room cleaned. There's nothing good about this hotel so please don't waste your money. If you ever decide to come to this hotel, remember to be rude and strict to these people otherwise they wouldn't listen to you.
