Very good place near to alharam .. unfortunately I didn't enjoy the stay in the hotel .. the room was very small and my luck was that it was near the restaurant .. food smell was in the room the whole time .. air conditioning was set up to on/off .. which means you either freeze or feel very warm ..

Location is not very close. You need to walk around 500-600 meters, means around 6-7 minutes walk. Breakfast is normal. They keep you waiting until they prepare. I would give only 2 star to this hotel. They have not aligned with information among reception team. One say another thing, another staff say something total different.

Stayed here 3 nights not once did my room get cleaned. When I called room service and asked for extra towels they only gave 2 when I asked for more, first I was told no when I mention that there are 4 people staying in the room I was told sure just give me 2 mins I am still waiting. Reception staff are not very helpful at all. The only decent person in that place was the waiter who does the buffet in the evening’s

The hotel is very close to almasjad alnabawy 5 minutes walk 👌👌👌 Room size is small but okay Door locker need some maintenance. Breakfast between normal and good

I will never book this hotel again, please avoid it, Service is very bad, room service is absent, you have to call reception many times to have what you are looking for, The carpet is very filthy, a bad smell at the washroom, room very small, You have to pay to iron your clothes It was the worst breakfast I had in my life. All the staff should be changed. Kindly AVOID!! AVOID! AVOID!! It was the worst two days in Saudi Arabia. You are giving a bad impression of Saudi people.
