I really liked this hotel. The location was great, it was clean, and the interior design is beautiful. My only complaint is that the rooms were small, but it wasn't a big deal to me. I'd come again.

Almost all services are disabled / deactivated in peak hours too. No water kettles in rooms. phones not working. Damaged Toilet hand shower after request changed. lobby restrooms always locked, staff / front managers behaviour is arrogant. anything you ask for is either not working or they say will be done soon, which never happens.

Value for money. Have to walk around 5 to 10 minutes for haram. But easy access and limited free parking available.

✓ The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for the Masjid Nabawi. The room was small but comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. X There were only about 5 or 6 channels available on the TV, and one of those was only for an advertisement for the hotel played endlessly in a loop. Due to the time of the year (Eid al-Adha), the car park was full and the streets around the hotel were congested which made it impossible to park anywhere near the hotel.

Wouldn't recommend for family stay. Very small rooms, even hard to move within a room. Can't even lay a prayer mat in room. Maintenance issues with toilet accessories, room door lock and wardrobe. Housekeeper cleaned toilet and tea cups in same mode without wearing gloves. No good restaurant near hotel and hotel's breakfast is below average. Price per night is too high compared to the facilities. If you accompanying with old aged people, don't take risk to stay there, location is also not convenient for elderly people.
