PLEASE AVOID THIS MOTEL AT ALL COST. The only good thing is I won’t be booking this place again. 1) Rooms are so small that one can barely breathe , you won’t be able to walk. The carpet is dirty and stinks. 2) No room service, we stayed for three nights, no one came to do cleaning service even when asked. 3 The staff is very rude and disrespectful. 4) They won’t give you any water, bathroom amenities after day one so be prepared and take yours in case you decide to stay at this pathetic place. 5) They won’t give even a praying mat 6) We tried to stay at haram to avoid this pathetic place.

Very bad hotel. Trash service. No water bottles provided at all. Rooms are very small, feels like you’re in a jail cell, beds are very small, can almost fall on the floor. We asked countless times for water and they said no. When we entered the room on the first day, there was no towels, the bedsheets and pillows had long strands of hairs on it. Asked them to provide new and clean bedsheets but they said it was already clean? This is absolutely horrific. The front desk lady with no face covering and with the glasses on is very rude, with tons of attitude. She needs to be fired. They need to hire new staff and cleaners. Only good thing was the location, 7-10 mins walk to enter masjid al nabawi. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to, worst than a 1 star hotel, this hotel is a 0.1 star. Please if you’re thinking if booking, think twice.

Despite its proximity to the masjid nabwi, I regret to say that this establishment left much to be desired. The room, if you could call it that, was utterly ordinary, and to top it off, a persistent leak from the toilet seemed to originate from the bidet. The real nightmare, however, was the service. We endured a 4-night stay that was marred by consistent disappointment. On the first morning, room keeping barged in at an inconvenient 11 am, and when I politely asked for a more suitable time, their promise of cleaning after Asr Salah turned out to be nothing but empty words. For three consecutive days, they assured me that the room would be cleaned post-Asr Salah, yet the reality was starkly different—they neglected their duties entirely. Even when they did attempt to "clean," it amounted to nothing more than making the bed. The room remained messy, with no fresh towels or semblance of cleanliness. The reception staff was no better. My repeated requests for towels and even basic amenities like toilet paper were met with indifference as they lounged around, absorbed in their phones. Their disrespectful tone and attitude made me feel like an unwelcome burden rather than a paying guest. I wholeheartedly advise against considering this place for your stay. The convenience of its location near the masjid nabwi does little to compensate for the sheer frustration and disappointment you're likely to endure.

We are in a 4 single bedroom. Rooms are smaller to adjust the stuff. Service is poor, ask many times in reception for room makeup. room Service People are not aligned, room cleaning is on one day and bed sheets change on another day. However, the hotel is overall fine.

Stayed five days in a quad room, two adults, two kids and infant, no room to put luggage in, or put a prayer mat down or walk without knocking in to anything, no kettle provided, had to ask three times to finally get it and was made to feel like if it was an awkward request. Only one towel provided, kept asking for more they said they will bring but never did. Lifts were too small and always busy as they're cramming more people in than the capacity of their facility. By far the worst ever hotel I have lived in with worst service. Bathroom door was sticking, sink leaking, flush and exhaust fan in the toilet didn't work. I tried to spend most of my time in Haram to keep away from this pathetic hotel.
