Worst stay ever.. The exhaust fan wasn’t working in the washroom, even after complaining multiple times no one came to fix it.. The room was too small, no place to put luggage.. There was no room service for 3 days.. The intercom wasn’t working I guess as no one picked up the call.. The porter (man who helps with the luggage) was very rude and he really had a bad time messing up with me as he thought I don’t know how to speak in English, lol. 2 stars are only for location as the hotel was close to 320 gate.

Not very clean as expected and we had many mosquitoes inside our room my sons got mosquito bites all over the skin. Behavior of the receptionist was also very rude and unpolite. Only location was near.

We booked a room in this hotel for a group of three. The hotel located nearly 500 meters from the main entrance of Almasjid Alnabawi but luckily the open yard is less than 70 meters away. The lobby is nice however it's not spacious when it gets crowded. There is a small coffee shop in the lobby area and some seatings in the waiting area . The room is comfortable with a wide-screen TV and a kettle and a small fridge. The area of the room isn't that spacious and the window is tiny however it's practical for guests whom spend their day outside the hotel. They do have a restaurant with open buffet and room service however they are limited in the menu options. The staff at the reception and housekeeping are courteous and helpful . The cons I have are that you need to call many times before they answer and elevators are not enough to accommodate the guests when the hotel is fully booked. Overall, we had a nice stay and this hotel is a good option if someone looks for a bargain.

Overall for a 3 star hotel its pretty good, location is very nice, close to women's prayer area. I read customer service was not the greatest but İntishaar and Ahmad were very helpful, even provided late checkout as my flight was at night. Overall had a good time and would stay there again. Only problem was when we checked in room wasn't ready but they provided refershments for us during the wait which wasn't too long.

It took them more than 30mins to check us in. There were other people waiting since more than an hour. Room was very small for 3 beds. Carpet was dirty, washroom was very tiny and SMELLY. The toilet seat was broken, asked them to fix it, the repair man came and he said this cannot be fixed. The room safe was not working they could not fix it either. The air conditioning in the room was so loud you cannot sleep in it. Room service is not 24 hours it stats 9am only. You have to pay for water bottles. No room slippers. No bathroom mats. Very congested hotel. Bathrooms are tiny. The staff was not so welcoming. in the 3 bed room, there were only 2 cups for tea, we asked for another cup and they said we only provide 2 cups.. Only location is good but every hotel in the area has good location.
