Unlike a previous stay a year & half ago, the hotel improved service significantly. Check in was smooth in spite of a long queue. Being a member of loyalty program, was able to advance. Breakfast is great & staff are friendly
Room amenities are very good. I just wish a quick check by housekeeping before guest in. Flooded sink was annoying, though fixed next day.
Concierge & Valet parking need to improve guest request for bringing cars in.
In general, the hotel deserves a 4 star & hope to rate a full mark next stay.

This Hotel exceeded my expectation, for a starter I arrived at 10:30am and was not expecting to be able to check in, to my delight the lovely lady at reception sorted me out.
The room was very good, bit of an odd shape but clear and tidy.
Nice bathroom with nice amenities.
Comfortable bed and nice views of Riyadh.
Fantastic buffet breakfast and the Executive Lounge with very handy with great staff.
Thank you Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences for a truly enjoyable stay.

Great hotel experience overall. I must highlight the exceptional breakfast food and service. Room service was great.
Giving 4 stars because of the following issues:
-Hot water in the showers is not consistent in the mornings
-On 2 occasions the towels had a bad smell
-Given the high end nature of the hotel, the gym is a disappointment

Great hotel! Amazing value for the price, with great location, close to Granada Mall where you can easily access to it.
The breakfast with variety and helpful waiting staff
The SPA and swimming pool so good and the receptionist there are so nice and cheerful .
We enjoy our stay & recommended at Hilton.
