As an IHG member I booked some colleagues in here to be near work. The hotel could benefit from a refurb as it is old. It is also near a busy road. The staff did not really understand the requirement and my colleagues could not get a late check out. Not one of Riyadhs finest but an ok hotel.

As a frequent traveler spending upto 100 nights a year in hotels, my recent stay at a supposedly reputable four-star chain left me utterly appalled. These brands are supposed to be synonymous with low variance in quality, but this particular establishment fell far short of the mark. To be blunt, the place was a hygiene nightmare. They had dead animals in their water reservoir, and instead of handling it properly, they simply scattered the remains across the lawn, resulting in a nauseating stench. But the roden problem was not limited to the water reservoir. The kitchen staff also showed a blatant disregard for cleanliness, handling food with bare hands, in front of guests, and reusing napkins between customers. To top it off, my room was infested with a monstrous spider in the bed. Though I managed to rid myself of the unwelcome guest, in retrospect, it may have been wiser to let it stay and handle the other pests. In summary, my experience at this chain was nothing short of abysmal. It calls into question the integrity and commitment of the entire brand if they cant keep better control of the management at their hotels.

The hotel is on ring road. Close to the airport. Rooms are spacious. Air conditioner is a very old system with an extremely noisy fan. They have two buildings across the street. When you book they don’t tell you whether they will accommodate you in eastern or western building which is very inconvenient. If you stay in Eastern building you need to get out of the building and walk across the street to reach the restaurant! The reception is very dull with poor lighting.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service and comfortable accommodations. The staff, especially Ahmed, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking quality hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere.

Holiday Inn- Izdihar is beautiful hotel located in this area, They have two building in same location, Many corporate meetings and training were held in this hotel, They are excellent in proving the service, Incredible breakfast and lunch available in this hotel, A wide hall for training and meetings, I attended several trainings and meetings in this hotel and I loved the atmosphere and service provided by holiday Inn. Recommended to stay here as this is near exit 7 and almost in heart of the city.
