A wonderful buffet that is okay, the location is beautiful, the variety of food items is good, drinks are available in all types, the rating is 7/10 and the service is more than wonderful to be honest. Special thanks to Olga for her service. She made her tired with us.

Attended as part of a national forum and my experience only relates to the facilities available to forum goers: Positive Aspects: - Massive Screen: The screen in the conference area was impressively large, ensuring excellent visibility for all participants. - Sound Quality: Clear and consistent sound was maintained throughout the venue, allowing for easy listening from any location in the room. - Lighting: The lighting was well-adjusted, providing an ideal environment for both presentations and reading. - Comfortable Seating: The chairs provided were comfortable, enhancing the overall experience during long sessions. - Spacious Venue: The conference area was notably spacious, giving a sense of openness and comfort. Areas for Improvement: - Washroom Faucets: The clearance between the faucet and the sink was insufficient, being less than 10 cm. This made it difficult to use the sink without touching the sides, which was an unpleasant experience and felt unhygienic. An increase in clearance would significantly improve the usability of the washrooms.

Excellent food, beautiful place, very helpful staff, especially Ghoneim the lovely Egyptian waiter in the restaurant. Loved the swimming pool and spa facilities. Looking forward to returning and staying longer the next time!

What a wonderful experience! The staff is exceptional. Our housekeeper Asadul was awesome keeping my mess in order. Definitely a place to put on your bucket list.
