Place is decent. Rooms are good. However couldn’t sleep well as a result of problems with AC motor fan. Management didn’t make any adjustments in the bill despite me being unable to sleep due to the technical problems in the room. I was told they’d discuss it and send me an email the same evening, but haven’t heard back for a week.

Absolutely amazing stay at this Hilton hotel, easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. This was my first time, visiting Riyadh and Saudi Arabia, and I found the staff here to be incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. All of the restaurants at the hotel also have amazing food.

His expertise ensured that we encountered no issues, and I believe we should definitely consider having our meetings here again in the future. Always having a great time whenever we stayed at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences and also the Executive Lounge is a nice place for food and ambiance is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful thanks to Victor who’s always there to help and assist me. Keep up the good work. We will definitely coming back soon.
