I travelled for business and whilst my time in the hotel was limited, I found the lobby area team to be warm & friendly, the check in process was swift and the room was well appointed, very clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was expansive & enjoyable too. One negative point is the requirement to actually see someone on check-out, rather than a key drop facility.

This is a very nice hotel. The women’s pool and fitness center is relaxing, especially for a hotel. There are several restaurants on site, and close proximity to a mall with more food and shopping options as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable(although carpeted which I’m not the biggest fan of). Shower pressure is nice and I love that there are baths. I have had a good view across every room. The stand out for the hotel is the friendly staff! Ross was such a treasure to have as a waiter at the Mayrig breakfast.

Their dedication to making our event a success was evident, and their efforts contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The culinary experience was exceptional, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The dishes were expertly prepared, using high-quality ingredients that delighted the palate. The presentation was impeccable, adding a touch of refinement to the dining experience. The technical aspects of the event, such as sound and lighting, were flawlessly executed. The audiovisual equipment provided enhanced the presentations and speeches, ensuring that every attendee could fully engage with the proceedings. Overall, the Hilton hotel’s banquet hall provided the perfect setting for our annual appreciation event. The combination of elegant ambiance, attentive service, exquisite cuisine, and seamless execution made it a truly memorable evening for all involved. We look forward to returning to the Hilton for future events and would highly recommend their banquet facilities to others seeking a top-notch event venue.

Was there for a business meeting, and I had to write a review for the technical support staff, especially Fazil Khan, who was super responsive and just great! He helped facilitate all our needs within minutes of asking him and was always there to help. He actually volunteered his own laptop as our laptops were not enough to run the virtual conference style meeting sufficiently. Strongly recommend Hilton Riyadh for business meetings and conferences.

Service and room as expected from a 5 star hotel. The incredible problem in my room was that there was no hot water! The technician arrived in a few seconds from my call but the only solution I was offered (twice!) was to run the hot water for 10 minutes and then eventually the water was lukewarm. Considering that there is a notice in the bathroom not to waste water this is unbelievable! Hilton should be doing better on the environmental side!
