Business traveler and professional hotel located next to a mall and meet city center. Professional staff and great breakfast option. The gym is top class with a sauna and steam room as well, which is very rare and important for some people. Loved the vibe and the rooms are very big and clean. Staff was great, Asif from the breakfast area was a great guy and we appreciate the whole hotels service!

The service was way below expectations. TV not working, room service messed my order and constantly bothered at wrong times even though I specifically asked to not be disturbed.
On top of that, I was promised to be compensated with a small gesture for what happened but they failed to deliver that too.
The only upside in my stay were the valet parking guys. Super friendly and very helpful.

I enjoy every stay in this Hotel. In total I have spent here already quite some months and I am always happy to come back to this Hotel. It actually doesn’t matter if you choose to stay in the residences or if you prefer the hotel. Rooms in both sites are nice. Special highlight of this Hotel is the service though. My thanks go to Arib who was always very helpful at the executive lounge. I got support whenever there was something I needed support on.
Many thanks also go to Glynda at the breakfast, who always makes me have a good start into the day.

Absolutely not Hilton international standards. ZERO comfort & hospitality. I’ve stayed at 3 & 4 stars better than this in Riyadh. Staff and completely passive & unhelpful. Didn’t bother cleaning my room for two days even tho I put the sign on. They kept my food delivery for themselves TWICE. A king room is tiny with barely any bathroom counter space even. Curtains don’t fully close to ensure a dark room. No plugs in bathroom for their own blow dryer. And so much more.

Stayed at this place for 4 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Staff is very nice and helpful.
The rooms are quite big (stayed in king size room) and are fully equipped. The property is not very old so everything is quite nice. The place is quite high price as I paid CAD 2400 for 4 nights.
The hotel has many restaurants offering different cuisines inclining Asian, Lebanese and local Saudi. Breakfast is lavish as you will get many choices.
We also used the conference room for training and staff is amazing. Big shout out to Fazil who always keep things perfectly.
The hotel, rooms and restaurants are fully accessible for old people and people with special needs.
Suggestion: the only suggestion would be to increase more vegetarian options in the breakfast and donning places.
