Excellent location, close to haram and shopping.. Breakfast is lack luster, very low quality and cheap selection, some items are old/stale...
Nice staff, very polite. Beautiful looking ground and main floor.. rest of hotel is so/so.
The most uncomfortable beds I've ever had the displeasure of sleep on. I could not get a good sleep for the life of me. Very upset with this and for that reason I give them a 2 star rating. Go see for yourself. These beds are like concrete slabs

Best hotel I stayed. Very good communication. They are very much helpful and stuff is very nice. Reception Farhaz helped me find me a room for extra night. He tried above and beyond to get me a room. It was very much helpful for my family. Also stuffs are pretty good at communication. It is very clean as well. I will definitely stay here again and again.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Madinah!! Very very nice team (receptionist, room service, restaurant, security), the hotel is very clean, there must be a great management behind this team who knows very well how to be exceptional. The location is amazing.
I extremely recommend it!!

All the staff are great, they respond very quickly to any enquiry. They make your stay very pleasant.
The location is great, 2 museums are close by and the hop on and off buss stop is right opposite to the hotel..
They have a gym if you wanted to stay active which is a plus.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Thank you so much for a lovely welcome with wonderful hospitality. The hotel rooms are always kept clean by Shamsher and Mujahid! (wonderful housekeepers, friendly and respectful) They kept our rooms clean and tidy, always came around to check on us if we needed anything. Quick service and overall clean hotel. We locked ourselves out of our room by mistake a few times, and they got us a new key right away. No doubt you'll have a lovely stay if you choose hotel Elaf Al Taqwa! Amazing views of Masjid Nabawi as well.
