Best hotel I stayed. Very good communication. They are very much helpful and stuff is very nice. Reception Farhaz helped me find me a room for extra night. He tried above and beyond to get me a room. It was very much helpful for my family. Also stuffs are pretty good at communication. It is very clean as well. I will definitely stay here again and again.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Madinah!! Very very nice team (receptionist, room service, restaurant, security), the hotel is very clean, there must be a great management behind this team who knows very well how to be exceptional. The location is amazing.
I extremely recommend it!!

All the staff are great, they respond very quickly to any enquiry. They make your stay very pleasant.
The location is great, 2 museums are close by and the hop on and off buss stop is right opposite to the hotel..
They have a gym if you wanted to stay active which is a plus.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Thank you so much for a lovely welcome with wonderful hospitality. The hotel rooms are always kept clean by Shamsher and Mujahid! (wonderful housekeepers, friendly and respectful) They kept our rooms clean and tidy, always came around to check on us if we needed anything. Quick service and overall clean hotel. We locked ourselves out of our room by mistake a few times, and they got us a new key right away. No doubt you'll have a lovely stay if you choose hotel Elaf Al Taqwa! Amazing views of Masjid Nabawi as well.

Overall had a great experience staying at Elaf Al Taqwa
1.The staff is very welcoming and offer great level of guest service.
2. The location is brilliant. 5minutes walk for men to Masjid e Nabwi and 10 min for women.
3. Decent restaurant offering wholesome breakfast buffet. Prices in Ala carte menu were reasonable and good quality.
4. Rooms are good but need to be improved. Windows need to be double glazed. Washrooms are little small.
