Taiba Arac Suites

Stayed at a hotel where everything from the room to the kitchen and bed was good. But, they had a weird water heater system that was hard to use. It's close to a mosque and has everything, but the staff weren't very friendly. No free WiFi, which was surprising.

The problem is that there are apartments in the same building owned by private individuals, that rent the rooms out cheaply to people that have zero courtesy, who smoke in the corridors and eat on the floor in the corridors (and more than 10 to 15 ppl in one of those apartments). Management offered no compensation for the inconvenience despite my taiba suites apartment smelling of smoke all day and causing headaches to my asthmatic kids. Nice rooms let down badly by this issue. Also drilling in the building at 8am. Stay elsewhere

They have excellent multi room suites for bigger families with or without maid rooms and all the amenities that you need like cookware, oven, washing machine etc. The best feature however is how close it to Haram. Only takes one minute from your room to enter the mosque. Would recommend it for bigger groups.

Some staff are helpful and knowledgable, some staff are not and they give the impression that this is just a job and they don't care about providing good customer service. We had issues with construction noise past midnight on one day in which it took several calls past midnight to stop the noise. We had the same issue during the daytime hours a day or tow later, and we didn't say anything until it was between 2-3pm where we asked for a quiet time for our older parents to take a nap and rest after suffering the whole morning- afternoon hours. It is important to have professional and well-trained and well-picked staff to represent any business or establishment. It is very difficult to get an answer for phone calls or WhatsApp messages, and the reception is empty many times when we went downstairs due to lack of answering phone calls. Very disappointing

Firstly, these are apartments, not a hotel. So, there are no catering facilities which is the main setback. Besides that, the rooms are practically brand new, very spacious, tidy enough and well designed. The location is second to none and most of our complaints were dealt with promptly by the staff.
