A worst hotel i have ever visited. Unlike the publicity, rooms are smaller, old fashion, bedsheets look like dirty, no tissue, no towel, no cup or glass, no hanger, no bin basket in washroom. It doesn’t deserve even one star. I don’t recommend anyone to waste money.

The hotel contacted me to do a confirmation payment and it appears that is a scam, how did I received the link from the hotel in our private discussion, I don't really understand! See picture attached
Now I'm struggling to be refunded and it's really a mess !!!
I contacted the hotel before my arrival and explain that I'll arrive at midnight, one arrived the room wasn't available.
I don't recommend!

Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are useless, the rooms are disgusting as are the bathrooms. Have asked the staff for towels atleast 5 times today since checking in and they've provided us with nothing. There are only 4 lifts, which means you have to wait for a very long time to get into one. Overall so disappointing and not cheap either!!! Would not recommend at all.

For facility of room, still need improve like painting of the wall, need water heater in our room, some refrigerator (optional for me), TV quality is bad, even that's not so important. We must arrange our schedule to mosque to get the lift. The positive thing is this hotel distance to mosque is nearly reach by walking and there's some fast food stall which open 24 hours.

Absolutely horrible experience. We could not even survive more than an hour. When we checked in, we had to wait a long time for our bags to be taken to our room.The bedsheets and curtains are disgusting. The carpet smells awful. The beds have hair on them. There are used tissues on the windowsill. The smell in the room is nauseating. It's close to the mosque ,but, it takes so long to go from one floor to another because of the tiny elevators. The phone line had been cut, so there is no way to contact the front desk. I understand that some people cannot afford high end residence, but this hotel isn't even cheap. The price makes you think that it would at least be clean.Overall, I would never recommend anyone to stay in these filthy rooms.
