We stayed here for 2 nights and were fed up with their Elevators; half of their elevators were always under maintenance and this caused us a lot of inconvenience. Room was pretty decent, bathroom was ok and staff were courteous. If they improve their Elevators, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The location was not the issue it’s perfect walking distance to the masjid. However the hotel is not what I saw on the pictures. I was disgusted by the room and the bathroom. When asked if we can change rooms we were told a very harsh no. We had a very tiny room you could barely walk in the room when the suitcases were in. Not that we had loads of cases. The beds were not made everyday unless you asked them. However noticed that they don’t change the bed sheets they leave the same one on. The bathroom was filthy I had to hold my breath taking a shower in it. The water leaked everywhere and we had to put towels down. Again we had to ask for the towels and toilet roll every time. I wouldn’t recommend to family or friends. Next time I will be looking at other hotels even if it means I have to pay more. We had breakfast on the first day the man took 200 rials but we were not impressed with the selection. The most annoying part of the hotel was they had a cafe area but you were not allowed to sit in there if you have bought food from outside. I was hungry and tired that one day bought food and just wanted sit and eat it and they chucked me out of the area and told me I’m not allowed to eat food from outside. The cafe was closed not like they can sell anything. Couldn’t understand why. So I dragged my tired feet to my room and ate in the room. Which wasn’t ideal as I said it was very tiny and the entire room ended up smelly because of the food. A bit disappointing to be honest.

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel boasts a pristine environment with impeccably clean rooms that truly reflect their commitment to hygiene. The service provided was exceptional, with staff members always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location couldn't be better, conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk away from the mosque. Additionally, the Bengali restaurant, Sonargao, located just a stone's throw away, offers delicious culinary delights that are a must-try for guests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent service, perfect location, and nearby dining options.

(2.5 stars) I do want to preface this by saying that the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional, and kindly changed our room without any hesitation when we asked. However, I have NO idea how this is considered a 4 star hotel. The original room we were given had a diabolical bathtub; It definitely needed to be replaced as it was heavily stained and scratched up. Likewise, we were not given enough towels for a family of 5. But, the beds were very comfortable and clean (including the comforters and pillows). Moving onto breakfast-- It was rambunctious. Probably one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've ever had in my life. Barely any variety and lack of traditional breakfast items (i.e. Selection of fresh fruit, fresh bakery items, coffee, etc.)-- The food was just horrendous. Oily eggs, undercooked waffles, canned fruit submerged in juice, extremely stale bread and croissants. Very disappointed! Ultimately, if the bathrooms are upgraded and the breakfast is improved, then this could actually be a 4-star hotel. Staff is awesome, though.

This hotel is not worth it! The room that we were given does not look like the pictures. The bathroom was dirty. The shower leaked into the room! We were told that there were no other rooms available. We were ready to leave the night we came! But there was nothing else available in city. What makes things worse is that our friends had the same experience in their room. Cleaning service was horrible unless they were told what to do. The only thing it had going for it was location.
