Apart from good location there is nothing good to write about this hotel. Staff not helpful, rooms are unclean, showers dont work well. wont go back to this hotel again.

Hotel position near nabawi mosque, you can walk around 5 minutes to mosque..
As indonesian you should get compliment for serving food depends to your guest..
But lift need to be add because before after pray and the time for eat.
There is visitor waiting in line...
As young ones like i can use stairs, but the old ones its difficult for them

Could be more light in the room. Overall, a very good stay and service. They were mostly quick in responding to queries. The location is near supermarkets, taibah centre and most importantly, Masjid Nabawi.

Location is the only good thing. Bathrooms dated and broken. Can’t tell if it’s clean. No other services available. Carpets were horribly worn. Bedding mediocre at best. TVs didn’t work with remotes.
