Bed is very nice, location is PERFECT. But no WiFi in bedroom so my roaming data is finished!! I am constantly hearing the elevator bell and the windows are not sound proofed so I can hear all the children outside playing. They did not clean my bathroom floor because look at what I found... DISGUSTING. Overall I am happy because it was just 1 night stay.

after reading the reviews, I was expecting this hotel to be below average.
But it was quite the opposite,
I rate this 5 stars.
From being a minute walk away from Masjid Al Haram to small and cozy rooms.
The washrooms are small but organized spaciously,
The pricing is also not bad.
Its worth trying.

Absolutely disgusting. I was so excited to finally go to Madinah just to have the worst hotel ever. When I came in it smells ABSOLUTELY GROSS.
It was so crowded, people was just standing there doing nothing, and the cleaners aren't even doing their job correctly. The elavators was so small and always crowded.
If I'm not wrong, I stayed at the 13th floor, and the hallways are so weird. It wasn't like your ordinary hotel hallway, it was literally like a triangle. The bedsheets are dirty, the floors are dirty, and the wall has dirt on it.
There wasn't much variety of food, and it taste disgusting and the apples are mushy.
And also someone who was working at the restaurant/'buffet', flirted with me. I wasn't even a teenager yet. That's absolutely disgusting. Teach your workers to respect other people.
If I could give this "Hotel" a -5 star, I would.

Blood on duvet, room was not hoovered on arrival, no water available - have to get zamzam from the mosque, only good thing is the location. Won’t be returning
