Excellent hotel with great staff. The cleaning service is second to none. Really great employee Yaseen took care of our room and he is the best that I have seen. Have been to a lot of hotels in Madinah but this is probably the best one we have stayed in

Great experience at this hotel. I stayed here for visiting Masjid Nabawwi.. Staff at the desk is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Free breakfast with variety of dishes. I would love to stay here over and over each time I visit Madinah.

Its been more than once now we have been staying at Elaf Taqwa (by mistake I think in my earlier comment I wrote Taibah). The overall environment is very pleasant especially the staff of the hotel are not only friendly and smiling all the time but even ready to help immediately. This makes our stay more comfortable.

Not knowing this brand of hotels, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service, cleanliness and kindness of the staff. Great value for the price we paid.
Accessibility to the masjid and food was ideal as well. Will definitely go again.

The rooms were decent, the location was good. But we unfortunately faced a very bad experience. There was theft from our room and despite us complaining and requesting to provide CCTV footage, the management refused to do so. They wanted us to file a police complaint first, knowing very well that we had already left the country.
