Elaf Ajyad Hotel Makkah

Hotel rooms are good, with kettle, coffee tea, complementary, hair blow drier, we booked with some deal, just check the ac before entering some rooms, some staff was nice, and some were arrogant,.. Near to masjid al haram. But its on height, so roades are too slant, shuttle is there but it just drops at slant road starting point, not near to Haram. While coming from Haram if u are lucky enough you get shuttle service, from main road to hotel. Otherwise you should walk, nono claim the slope road.. Good experience..

Close to the haram but not a 4 star hotel! Receptionists were really nice and friendly. They let us check in early 👍🏻 Room service is garbage, you ask them to bring something at 1pm and they don’t bring it ever and when you complain at the reception they say room service closes at 6pm and you should have said something sooner. The rooms are old and everything is falling apart. They don’t keep up with renovations and it shows. Bathrooms are smelly, drains are clogged, it takes forever for the water to go down when you use the sink. The carpets are stained and you feel gross just being in the room. The best part about it is the location for sure. Haven’t tried the food here so can’t say much on it. They have golf carts to take you down the slope/mountain but not when you’re coming back from haram, which is when it’s needed most. You usually have to wait for them to come down with other passengers or just walk all the way up. And sometimes they are not even willing to come down. For the price, I think you can get better around the area.

Pros: Food available nearby Distance to haram is very nearby Cons: Difficult for elderly people, golf cart services not working due to which it makes difficult for elder people. Overall: If golf cart service is provided, its the best value hotel I would say.

Although The hotel was close to haram but it was on a slope! When we booked the hotel, they showed they had golf carts to transport us up & down the slope but when we were there not even for a single day did we get it as it was out of service. House cleaning came only 1 day that also when we had to request so many times. There was cockroach in the room, bathroom was extremely small, smelly. Absolute waste of money. We were given a room in tower 1. You can get better hotels nearby for this price.

The overall review, it's not bad hotel to achieve tge purpose of Omura or Haj. Pros: - It's to 2 mins walking to Almasjed Alharam - Good price compared to the other hotels around Almasjed Alharam Cons: - Hotel services is not bad but need much enhancement. - Hotel hygiene is not super.
