I booked this hotel for my family for 8 days but today is 2nd day and believe me since morning electricity shutdown in Tower 7 , wifi problem , air conditioning is not working, staff rude behavior, no room service whenever we call them on reception they receive and cut the call.
If the location is good it doesn't mean that hotel is good. This is so called 5 star hotel, it's better to stay in 3 star property , ignore this hotel if you want to make your journey good specially if you are travelling with family.

Good location, within walking distance to Masjidil Haram. Breakfast buffet spread is good, lots of varieties and choices. Staff service was great, Alhamdulillah. Overall, a good experience, staying here.

It has the perfect location and great hospitality. Room service is top notch. Everything was 10 on 10.
The only bad thing I could find was that one of the king sized beds had 2 single mattresses laid on it instead of a 1 king size mattress, which was a little strange for me.
Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this to everyone. For me, the location is even better than other frontline hotels because it has direct access to the road and is a few feet away from all the hustle & crowds.

Salamualyakum dear Brother and sister, I stayed in Le Meridien for seven days and I had the Most beautiful time ever. It is very close to Masjid al haram (100 Meter) and very convinient.
The stuff was also very nice. I have to mention one Person in particular: Mr. Yassine.
He was so friendly and helpful!
I do recommend this hotel very much!!!

This is not the le meridian that we know in other countries like in dubai. The service is slow. I got my room late although I have arrived at the hotel at 7 pm. The room is not as clean as it should be. The access card is not working properly, so you need to go down to get a replacement.
