More or less 4 star experience. We liked their food options, receptionists were nice, room was quite big with almost all facilities. Good point that they have prayer mat and tea. Room service checked once in a day to deliver water.
People have mentioned about location but it was not really near, 1 kilometer to walk, up and down, enormous lobby.

The hotel was very good. Our room was big and well equipped. There was a mini fridge, kettle,mugs,tea, sugar. There was a big desk and a wardrobe with a safe. There was a prayer mat and Quran on the shelf. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom had towels, toilet rolls. The cleaners didn’t come everyday but you could ring them and they would come and change the bedding, bins and stock up. The two cleaners were very nice and helped us with whatever request we had. The only two cons was there was no microwave and the hotel was a little far from masjid Al Haram. It’s also on a hill so quite hard to walk back from Haram, especially for children and old people. Apart from that it was Al great.

The rooms are pretty big and good but if the wifi was beter than than i would rate 4 stars.
Also the food could be better but it is pretty good
My tip is to put more wifi, like in every floor at least 1 wifi box

Elevator is very bad Despite the outstanding service provided by the staff, my overall experience at the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained, with cleanliness issues and outdated facilities. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and of mediocre quality. Despite the impeccable service from the staff, I would not recommend this hotel due to its numerous shortcomings.

Worst place on the face of this world. I don't know how this place is not shutdown yet. Whoever runs this place needs to change it asap or else no business will come. Very old and rundown. No iron in the room, no facecloth, no iron board. Workers don't answer and aren't nice at all. It's old and dirty. Breakfast is very limited and don't taste good.

Infinity Hotel is a five star hotel in Makkah. It is a great and very convenient hotel. It’s a minute walk from the bus station and 2 km from Masjid Al Haram. Hotels offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, and safes. The staff are nice, you may need to stay a little patient with them due to the high level of customers. The price is reasonable. Infinity Hotel is probably the best option. There are wonderful rooms and many enormous beautiful lobbies ( sitting areas ). Other amenities include a business center, 2 restaurants and 2 meeting rooms.
