This was my first time visiting this hotel. I was very surprised with their hospitality. The staffs are very kind, helpful and informative. I have tried other 5 stars hotel in batu, the staffs of this hotel is above average. About the facilities, they also have a complete facilities for weekend gateways with our family of friends. The room size is big and clean. Very recommended hotel in Batu - Malang.

1. Hotel staff ( bell boy)are asking for money whenever they are shifting luggage. Even if we paid 100 riyal , they asked more.
2. The service elevator is too busy. We have to wait sometime for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. There is no separate elevator/ cargo lift for hotel users. The same elevator are using by staff, and sometime they stop and talk to other hotel staff, keeping the door open.
4. Maintenance is very poor, every day morning before fajar prayer, water is not coming due to air in the system.
5. Common wash rooms are too dirty and hygienic.. Not properly clean and maintained. Which was on the mezzanine floor.

The place offers a comfortable stay, good food and services. Due to heavy rush some problems might arise, and you will experience a little delay.
