Great rooms, clean, good food the location isn’t perfect as it’s bit of a walk.

Positive:
- Location is great, few minutes walk to the Haram.
- Staff are friendly
Negative:
- Food is below average.
- Housekeeping is disaster. We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned although we asked the house keeping guy responsible for our room. We found in our room, multiple leftovers from previous guests such cigaret backs and cards !!!!

The hotel was something else as expected.
We got in, we had to beg people to help us, the bathrooms are broken, the rooms are as dusty as sahara desert and the location is far as expected from haram...
Thank god we got into a way better hotel right the time we saw the conditions but the refund was not yet done...
