Great Breakfast experience with a wide variety of dishes to choose from! Priced at 99 SAR/head (excluding VAT) There was no live cooking station, the waiters served omelettes prepared at the kitchen by asking for our preferences and it was well made. The ambience was amazing, pleasant outdoor seating and a very Moroccan look to it, the hotel is worth a visit for a family breakfast!

Stayed here thrice for a week each time. I only come back because of the spacious rooms and hotel location. Despite the many noticeable good features of the hotel, can’t rate this hotel more than a star! Good: Neat new spacious rooms with good amenities. Ample parking space in the basement. Good location. Bad: the service and the staff are the worst. Any request I made took about 40min to 1hour. Be it as simple as asking for a plate or request to pick luggage for check out. They never apologize, just get defensive and aggressive!

I love it very much. I feel as if I am in my second home. This is the fifth visit to this hotel and at the same level every time! I recommend it, and since I am a person who cares about the clean, I would like to tell you that it is clean and satisfies you.

I am extremely disappointed with the front office staff. We stayed on Wed 29 Dec for one night and then came back to stay on Sat 1 Jan for 6 NIGHTS. On 5 Jan (evening), I approached the reception to request an extension for another night, to check out on Friday 7 Jan. The hotel policy applied a different rate (50% more) due to Saudi school holiday, which I reluctantly accepted but the hotel also agreed to include breakfast for Friday morning, after much negotiation. At 10am on Friday 7 Jan morning, we were denied breakfast as the complimentary breakfast was not in the system. None of the front office staff tried to help us to find out what went wrong. Supervisor Reem was trying to contact her superior who only will come in at 11am but breakfast was served only until 11am. At 11am, the superior did not come and still we were denied complimentary breakfast. I am truly disappointed and it seems none of the staff had customer-oriented professionalism. All they cared was that they don't want to be responsible and have to check with the boss. Wonderful hotel, horrible front office staff. Am I going again...? Definitely NO. Should I recommend to others? Definitely NO and avoid at all cost.

The restaurant buffet was very nice. Wednesday is recommended if you intend to avail discounted rates for ladies and kids .. the staff was also very helpful. Parking is available in basement and on the back side of hotel (beside AlRajhi Mosque). Try to have booking done in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
