Staff are friendly and always smiling. Language is not an issue as the majority of the staff speak English. Breakfast has a wide selection with a omelette station that will make fried eggs for you, a wide selection of cheese, breads, jams and honey.

Worst location in terms of traffic but they always offer you excellent room upgrades and the hotel itself is not bad. Restaurants inside the hotel are nice and their room sizes overall are also good. Services need a lot of improvement as their staff is often rude and fighting with each other to pass on customer requests to each other.
