Amazing stay and service.
The entire staff was professional and helpful.
We requested for a early check-in and was provided with the same.
Our room had a welcome note made out of flowers and leaves which was amazing.
Food was amazing specially breakfast.

Very good overall. My booking was 2 standard rooms. I requested to be connected for family travelers. But they couldn't provide. Most hotel rooms has windows view the city streets but obscured by the external decorative cladding (whatever the name). Reception and luggage people are very friendly and helpful

I did my wedding there which supposed to be unforgotten night! But unfortunately I had a lot of bad experience from the decoration of hall till the room! Even the room service is not up to 3 stars hotel!
Hope to find a better solutions for your customers but until that time i do not recommend it at ALL!

I am shocked by the check in process awful awful awful. Untrained staff. Slow service. You’ll be waiting in the lobby for ages until you check into your room. The reception is unorganized, weren’t able to find my booking, kept on playing with their phone and chatting while I’m waiting to be served. Shocking. One star is way too much than this hotel deserves.

Acceptable experience but wouldn't call it five star. The rooms and upholstery are serviceable but are looking a little tired. Service is good and the staff are very helpful. Unfortunately had to ask for things you would normally expect in a room; my room was missing an ironing board, a working safe and towels. The main hotel restaurant was decent, with a wide array of food on offer at the buffet for breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately the hotel's other restaurants were closed during our visit.
Overall, a fine and perfectly pleasant visit. But felt it definitely fell short of a five star experience.
