I just want to recom the great service that your Reservation Person , I called many times but only WASAN in reservation is the only one who really helped me with my request. Also Magdi from the very first I called for my reservation he is really well knowledgeable and I feel that he really love his work he's really spreading positive vibes in the customer with his energy. That 2 employee who is working with you is asset of your Hotel.

The location is not very good. In the old side of the city. The hotel entrance is always busy. The rooms need maintenance unfortunately especially the beds some makes noise. The hotel was before in a golden age, and now it's not very good. However, it's manageable.

Not recommended to stay when you have a group of people.
They can able to serve you better when you are only a few members...
Suddenly they have changed the dining location without prior information and Response from the restaurant sounds very worst.

I have stayed in this hotel on 3 occasions for 1-2 weeks. It is comfortable, with spacious, clean rooms and well equipped with gym, sauna, outdoor pool. Food is fine, and the service is good. I asked for some help in arrangements to broadcast a webinar, and the manager Mr Samir could not have been more helpful.
There is nothing (shops, restaurants etc) within walking distance so one needs to use Uber or Taxis, which is easy to do.

Went for a conference. The ballroom decor and aesthetics was great. However not impressed with food served. Biryani rice was just like a steam rice with colour, no taste n fragrance.
