Good hotel with reasonable prices. Comfortable stay. Room service and F&B service is very good. Staff is very friendly especially Mr. Nour Khan he will keep checking if you need anything in the breakfast.
Food is good, limited varieties. Bread and baked stuff was not fresh.

I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Suites Olaya in Riyadh, thanks to the excellent reception service that greeted me from the moment I arrived to the smooth check-out process. The housekeeping team was also prompt in attending to any requests during my stay. However, on my last day (Nov 1), I encountered a concerning issue during breakfast, where the noodles seemed stale and had an off-putting smell. I had to bring this to the attention of the F&B staff and requested to assess the food. The F&B team, particularly the Indian staff member, promptly removed the item from the breakfast selection, which was the right action to take. Nonetheless, it is crucial that the F&B department consistently ensures the quality of the food they serve to prevent any potential issues, like food poisoning, from occurring. Overall, while the hotel excelled in some aspects, improvements in the F&B department are needed to make the stay truly outstanding.

**Wonderful Stay at Novotel Suites Olaya**
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Suites Olaya and I must say, it was fantastic. One of the highlights of my stay was the spacious and immaculate room provided to me. It was also maintained to the standards of cleanliness.
The reception service was exceptional. The staff was not only kind but also incredibly helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay.
A special shoutout to the breakfast team who made every morning delightful. Their service was top-notch, and the food was delicious. I'd like to especially mention Mr. Noor, who went above and beyond to make my breakfast experience memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for making my visit a memorable one!

Excellent place in the heart of Riyadh for long business stays... the suites are really well appointed...comfortable and super cozy. They have this nice little kitchenette that has everything you need for an extended stay.
Stayed here for 2 weeks in Oct 2023 and was treated really well.
Special kudos to Noor at the La Mode restaurant and the entire kitchen staff... you ask it and they have it for you.
Noor helped us with our limited food choices and ensured we didnt have any trouble during our stay.
Highly recommend this hotel for extended stays in Riyadh.

I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Riyadh with a good location. I was pleasantly surprised with the Novotel Suites in Olaya. The front staff were amazing. Thank you to Saleha, Bassam and Muteab for the wonderful and friendly service. The rooms were quite nice. My room was on the first floor facing the road. I'm a light sleeper so I was wary of the noise but the double glazed windows did their job. My one comment is on the quality of the breakfast which needs to be improved. Simple things like the quality of bread (it was stale) and the temperature of the coffee, which they need to get right. Other than that, I was very happy with the hotel. The location is central and within reach of many important places. When there is no traffic, the trip to the airport takes about 35 minutes.
