The hotel is very comfortable and quiet. The service was excellent and the staff was so friendly and professional. Perfect place to live if your office is on olaya Street. kingdom tower and other malls are also nearby.I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it.

My stay at the Novotel hotel has been great. I've recieved excellent service from Nour and his team at the restaurant - great breakfast. Soud at the main reception desk has been fantastic! Very friendly and kind. I've had great experience overall at the Novotel hotel.

Excellent service by Nour at the restaurant. Clean rooms and showers. However there's no "do not disturb" signs that can be used for the door.
