The service I got at this place is outstanding; once I entered the hotel I was welcomed by Jaber who was really helpful throughout my 2weeks stay… He helped me in everything I asked; he deserves more than 5 stars for his services.
At the reception, Nora was super welcoming and so helpful and did all what she can do to make my stay great.
Last but not least, Wejdan was amazing and helpful and offered all the support in any reservation needed. She is a great representative for the hotel.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Riyadh.
Kudos to all three of them Novotel team mentioned above.

Not bad. The staff is attentive, and the service is fast. But the rooms need major revamping, everything smells old. The restaurant downstairs is hit and miss. The breakfast smell is very strong, the food is mixed quality, chicken is hard, but beef is soft, the next day the other way around. I prefer consistency, and a nice fresh smelling room.

Helpful staff in reception. We enjoy our stay. Relaxing and overlooking straight to Kingdom Tower. Spacious room, clean with 3 windows. Will come back to this hotel again. The only thing not safe is the parking area. Narrow and sharp curve.

5 stars goes to the Respation’s guys even they don’t gave me an upgrade as I always get in other novotel branches!
But the Saudi guys are very helpful and gives the place a positive vibes!
Also I loved the housekeeping services and breakfast employees!
The only one thing I don’t like is the sound of water pipes and bad isolation :( I can hear my neighbors all the time.
