I stayed here for 3 nights and the stay was fantastic I’ve been server in a very professional way by every one there. From front desk and restaurant members Nour was very kind and welcoming always Keep the good job guys

When you are in Riyadh I really recommend this hotel. It has a good and central location. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Also especially the staff at the reception is exceptionally helpful and friendly. All in all it was a great stay.

All basic needs are available. I wish the parking had an elevator to facilitate luggage transfer to the hotel, however the porter was helpful and carried it for us. Nour in the breakfast buffet was nice and helpful.

Friendly staff, quite and good ambiance perfect for a business stay as close to city center and many business / companies and few minutes from kingdom tower, faisaliah mall, kingdom library and other point of interest, rooms are bit oldish but spacefull, very clean and furniture are okay.Mode Restaurant menu and choices can be improved. But overall okay. Special thanks to Nour for the hospitality and good service during stay.

Overall, my experience was great, thanks to the friendly staff, well-cleaned rooms, and the exceptional hospitality of the hotel manager, Abdullah. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room, although showing signs of age, was impressively clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in maintaining a neat and tidy environment, which was a priority for me. Aside from the comfortable accommodations, the hotel's restaurant staff were attentive and accommodating, making sure that all my requests were met. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding management by Abdullah, the hotel manager. He personally made an effort to connect with guests and ensure that everyone's needs were met to the best of his abilities. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and commitment to customer satisfaction greatly contributed to my enjoyable stay in Riyadh. The exceptional service provided by the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the personal touch of Abdullah's management truly made this hotel stand out.
