Overall, my experience was great, thanks to the friendly staff, well-cleaned rooms, and the exceptional hospitality of the hotel manager, Abdullah.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
My room, although showing signs of age, was impressively clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in maintaining a neat and tidy environment, which was a priority for me.
Aside from the comfortable accommodations, the hotel's restaurant staff were attentive and accommodating, making sure that all my requests were met.
What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding management by Abdullah, the hotel manager. He personally made an effort to connect with guests and ensure that everyone's needs were met to the best of his abilities. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and commitment to customer satisfaction greatly contributed to my enjoyable stay in Riyadh.
