This hotel is perfect! I have not been at a better hotel in SA than this one. I stayed for 6 months in the apartment. It’s spacious, clean sound proof and all amenities incl detergent sponge etc are replenished by friendly and responsive staff who all speak English. Breakfast has a big variety with an egg station and even manuka honey. The lounge access is great with a variety of food provided between 17:30-19:30. The food repeats every 8 days though.
All staff are polite and helpful and I say thanks to them all!

I updated the below review. My last stay was better (the all-day dining experience was back to a normal standard) so I have to give credit to the management.
"Unfortunately everything went wrong during my stay: 10 minutes to get a coffee during breakfast, impossible to receive the correct order (poached eggs seem to be the biggest challenge for the kitchen so I left after 45 minutes), dishes arriving out of sequence during lunch and, last but not least, an unannounced upfront payment to the reception to go to the airport for a sky high amount. Everything with a smile and repeated apologies. I thought the hotel was in pre-opening…
Apart from that, the building is nice, well located and the rooms are comfortable."

I visited the 10:10 restaurant in Ramadan 2023, it was nice experience. The view is on the pool and nice tables setting. The food was delicious and the service was splendid.

This place has very good value for the money. The services had a good value for the money. the food was decent as well.
The spa services were worth every rial, and I would recommend this to anybody who is visiting.
