Very bad Ramadan Iftar, badly organized, poor food variety and average quality. The halls are very congested and you have to wait in a very long queue to reach the buffet and serve food. For the price, it is not worth it at all. very disappointing.

This is a tough one to review, because the place is so beautiful. But we went for iftar, and the food (while still amazing) didn't not quite live up to the amazing surroundings.

I am still in awe of this majestic place that I visited. The ambience the service everything had royalty. I experience an evening coffee from the cafe PALAIS DES DELICES and absolutely love my experience. They had great dessert options and the presentation was to die for

Trying the delicious Chinese food 🍲

Indulging in this culinary delight was a feast for the senses.
The flavors harmonized beautifully,

I travel to our 52 branches around the world every year. I'm an Accor Diamond Member and Star Alliance Gold Member, so I know what it's like in the hotel world.
If I have to pay 1,000 euros for a hotel room, then I expect much more than a double room with a bathroom in which there is only one washbasin, I have to crawl into a bathtub to take a shower and the toilet doesn't have its own room. This is standard in a 3-star Mercure Hotel, but not in a 5-star Ritz-Carlton. They can put as much marble as you like in the entrance hall, but that doesn't improve the quality of the hotel.
I understand that Saudi Arabia is now opening up and that the Marriott Group is currently still in a position to dictate prices. After all, they currently have practically no competition. But that will certainly change and I'm really looking forward to it.
