Wagyumafia Riyadhは、有名な日本人シェフ浜田寿人の発案によるもので、本物の黒毛和牛の味をリヤドにもたらします。 Wagyumafia は、東京と香港でプライベート ポップアップ ディナーとして初めて紹介され、その高級グルメ料理で評判を集めました。このコンセプトは軌道に乗り、東京に常設レストランがオープンし、現在はリヤドに最初の店舗がオープンしました。

Via RiyadhにあるWagyumafia Riyadhでは、食事は単なる食事ではなく、料理劇場と高級料理の特別な旅です。この店は、厳選された20の日本の牧場から仕入れた、最も希少な和牛部位を提供することに誇りを持っています。これは普通の飲食店ではなく、特権的なダイナーに豊かな味と体験を提供する特別な会員制のダイニングクラブです。

We have tried the special option of WagyuMafia where they take you in the backroom of the restaurant and give you a long and detailed experience of wagyu beef.
Experienced and talented team will take you on a journey of flavors that is worth the high end price.

- A set menu with Wagyu beef:
The concept is that you get to cook your own food and they were kind enough to show you how. The Wagyu steak tasted good and you can tell it's high quality by the marbling.
But what took me by surprise was the soy/egg mix sauce, whoever came up with it is a genius!
