The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right near masjid both men and ladies entrance. Rooms are fine. They were clean (a bit dated) but you are paying for location. Next to the shopping mall and near food street. This is our go to hotel in Madinah.

Alhamdulillah, come back here again at Madinah for hajj. So Comfy room, clean and so quiet at 11th floor. Good services and friendly staff as always for 5 stars hotel standard.

This is a great property and very well located. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are clean but a bit small and they should add on amenities. Staff is very good, attentive and cooperative. Breakfast is excellent with lot of varieties and very helpful staff. Elevators are readily available even during rush hours. The Operations Manager, Mohsen Ghareeb is extremely friendly and cooperative. Though we booked the hotel through travel agency for the sake of convenience so I did not qualify for claiming points on Hilton Honors but when I spoke to Mohsen he immediately upgraded us to much better & larger room with better view without even my request. The only downside is that apparently they don't do maintenance checks before a room is allocated as in both the rooms we stayed at we had to call for maintenance for clearing water drain in the tub.
If an opportunity arises we will again stay at the same facility.

Regular rooms can be a little small. The suites are a decent size and comfortable. The location is very convenient and has easy access to the male and female prayer areas with a short walk. The staff is amazing and always super friendly and helpful! Especially the managers and staff in the breakfast room. The food is good and fresh, and the karak tea is delicious.
