Excellent location, breakfast was really good. Walk to Rawdah is a bit fair. Gate 21 is a min walk for easy access. Loved the hotel. Very convenient luxurious and comfy stay. Highly recommended.

Only rated it a 2 star because of the location. I checked in on the 24th of December 2023 went straight to bed as family was tired. The next morning I found dirty chewed gum on the floor, with that the air conditioning had no gas hence the air conditioning was not cold. There was also dirty socks on the floor from the previous guest, which was not taken out. The fridge is not working either. I went down to the reception informing them about these issues, they said I should leave my number and they will call me. Fast forward to a couple of hours later and I still have not received any call. I went to the guest relations manager and she again was not helping at all, offered no solutions to any of my problems with the room. She said she would send someone to clean the gum off the floor, and couple of hours later and still nothing. Air conditioning still not working , nor the fridge, and the chewed chewing gum is still on the floor. No service at all. Highly disappointed for a supposedly 5 star hotel.

Excellent location. Amazing service. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms clean and spacious. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable.
A special mention to our housekeeper, Wael Zaki, who goes the extra mile to not only ensure our room is clean and smelling good but took the trouble to create a swan sculpture from a towel and decorate the sink with rose petals.

Alhamdulillah I had an excellent stay at the Madinah Hilton.
It’s location is one of the best in Madinah as it allows you to enter the Haram from the main gates as well as be well placed near the Taiba Centre.
There are also some fast food restaurants nearby as well as a pharmacy and supermarket.
Our room was spacious and convenient. The staff were excellent and always went the extra mile to help.
The variety of options available at breakfast were amazing. We even tried the room service and were surprised at good it was.
If you have the opportunity to visit Madinah, I highly recommend you stay at the Hilton.

Hotel not as great as described. Overpriced for no reason. Doesn't feel like 5 star hotel feels like 3 star and not worth the money at all. I lost a lot of money for staying for that one night when I could have went to a better hotel. They don't even have speakers so that you can hear the Adhan in your room. Key cards for room didn't work and had to go to front lobby several times for them to fix card swipe. Very small room, feels like storage/ warehouse. Don't recommend that you stay at this hotel. Only pro was that one of the front desk receptionists (Badr) was nice.
