Rooms are severely outdated and not much thought has been given such as switches and location for phone chargers etc are far away from the beds (behind the Tv!) and very very noisy air conditioning units (second time same issue on two separate visits and different rooms). Although service and maintenance came over quick and cleanliness and service is commendable, not worth the dollars for just the location and brand loyalty alone, with a number of hotels with much better facilities and renovations. Windows are overdone with patterns which make it near enough impossible to enjoy any sort of ‘view’. As a Gold Hilton honors member, sadly, I’d recommend elsewhere.

Noticeable improvement in the hotel. The staff are super friendly and try to assist in every way. The food is good and its price is very reasonable. The only downside is the price. It has gone up.

such a beautiful place. the place smells divine. for Indonesians, for lunch and dinner they have Indonesian menus! one of the chefs (Mas Pipiet) is from Indonesia and cooked the Indonesian food there. Definitely THE place to stay during your visit to Medina.

Fantastic stay at the Hilton, absolutely lovely staff, great room and delicious food. We bought a breakfast and dinner at the hotel and there was plenty to choose from even for kids and myself who doesn't eat meat. The location is also very good for the Prophet's Mosque as it's just outside the main door. I'd definitely recommend staying there.

Great place to stay. Close to everything! Only complaint is the wifi kept disconnecting without notice. So keep checking your phone to see if you are still connected. Would definitely come back!
