For a 5 stars hotel, this women “prayer room” is a joke!! It has 3 OLD mats, glass doors opened to those sitting in the cafe + there is a wall opening to a storage room with ladders thrown in it!!! This is unacceptable especially in a muslim country, women were lining at the door waiting for their turn to pray in this “prayer room”…

Location is great, near form everything surrounded by nice public gardens, cornish, restaurants and cafés. hotel offers good facilities. Superb customer service ? worth to be visited again and again ?

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Horrible hotel, one of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen in my life I travel frequently due to work, and I’m a Marriot Bonvoy member, so I know what level of quality and service I should be expecting when I stay at a hotel that belongs to the Marriott chain This hotel in Khobar is so far the e worst I’ve ever seen in my life I’ve stayed over 30 nights this year at various Marriott hotels (3 of them Le Meridian), and the one in Khobar is absolute the worst Rooms: 0 / 10 Unbelievable how outdated, dirty, and disgusting they are, I requested my room to be changed multiple times and I ended up realizing the whole hotel was trash and not just the rooms that were given to me Service: 3/10 This should been a 0, but gave few points to be fair to the nice laundry and valet staff, the rest were horrible from reception to room service to shift managers, even the restaurant staff had an attitude, and once you ask them for anything they’ll simply disappear and never show up again Location: 7/10 I’ll be fair and give them this complement, the location is solid and one of the best in Khobar, however, I asked for an “Ocean View” and unfortunately there were buildings and construction equipments that blocked the view partially Overall, I highly suggest you stay somewhere else especially when you consider how much a night costs at this hotel. For the price of 1 night here you can easily afford 2-3 nights at a better, more modern and better services hotel

I've been several times in this hotel for meeting and vacation. They have just refurbished the room, however, the outside amenities, still old. The location is nice, close to cornice..

We went to Le Meridien for lunch at Latitude coffee shop. We had salads and sandwiches with cappuccino. The food was good. Service was excellent. The space there is wide open and cool on a hot afternoon. It was a really peaceful experience. We were able to chat and laugh, surrounded by great atmosphere and professional service - hard to find these days.
