I have been walking and driving by this beautiful hotel for decades. I wish I receive an invitation to stay full board. One night would be good enough.

As a first-time guest at Le Meridien Al Khobar. I approached my stay with a mix of excitement and curiosity, not quite sure what to expect. I am delighted to report that my experience was nothing short of wonderful, leaving me with lasting impressions. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Le Meridien were not only professional but also genuinely friendly. Their attention to detail and eagerness to assist with any request added a personal touch to my stay. The room I stayed in was a testament to Le Meridien's commitment to comfort and style. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a serene environment that was perfect for relaxation One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the food. The culinary offerings at Le Meridien were a delightful surprise. Each meal with a wide variety of options to choose from. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I especially loved the breakfasts. In conclusion, my first stay at Le Meridien was a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and delectable food made it a memorable visit.

Very nice, hospitable staff and great location. Suresh Kumar from housekeeping in particular was very professional and kept my room in its best shape whenever I cam back from work.

It was much better before, the food quality is deteriorating every time I go there. The only reason I go there is if I was invited and can’t choose. I think they offer lots of deals and discounts, lots of families with kids and toddlers make the place very noisy. The place is not appropriate for business dinners or quiet quality dining.

Disappointing I had a reservation and came to check in, I stand in the line for an hour and a half! They were letting people wait in line for their rooms to be ready! Standing in line! The manager was no show, his number and name was written in the front desk, but he didn't answer when I called him, to solve the problem. After 2 hours, they told me that my rooms weren't ready yet! So they suggested I cancel my reservation from booking my self, it was nonrefundable, and they asked me to deal with booking myself for a refund, not taking any responsibility for their own mistake, not giving me a compensation for wasting my time, and reservation, nor standing in line for 2 hrs! With a non apologetic cold behaviour from customer service.
