Very polite and friendly staff. Neat and clean place..good wifi with smart tv. bed is small queen size and not so comfy. Only one thing I didn't like was the bathroom hose was leaking because of that the bathroom was always wet.

Classy and well managed space inside the hotel.
There are ongoing developments around the facility, which distrub the views from inside the room.
The access control managed apartments.
Restaurants with great dining space with view of Al Khobar Corniche.
Mr. Mohamed Fathi is one of the best person I met in hotel business. His hospitality is well appreciated.
Housekeeping and restaurant staff are polite and well behaved.
Liked the hospitality and gesture of the staff.
