No reason for anyone to leave a bad review unless they were having a bad day. This hotel maybe built a long time ago but it’s still impressive. Excellent service, clean, and great food! Special thank you to Abdullah Aldubaikhi for making sure my first stay was excellent!!!!

very happy stay during Eid Holiday, the room is clean and location is good. the service is alsome, special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Alqahwaji, help me solve the duplicate booking issue and follow up with all process.

While the location of the hotel was fantastic, with all rooms boasting a beautiful sea view, there were aspects of our stay that could be improved. Pro: - The hotel's proximity to the beach and the guaranteed sea view from every room were definite highlights. - The hotel staff was courteous and willing to assist us during our stay. Cons: - Finding parking was a significant issue, especially with guests attending events in the ballroom. While valet parking was available, it might be helpful to offer more designated parking for hotel guests or a separate drop-off area for easier arrival. - Considering the breakfast cost of 115SAR, the variety of breakfast choices felt underwhelming compared to other hotels we've experienced. - The glass walls in the bathroom were a major concern for privacy. While the hotel explained this as a "French style" design element, it might not be suitable for all guests, especially in a Muslim-majority country. Offering alternative room options with more private bathrooms would be highly appreciated. - The most frustrating experience was the deactivation of our room key card well before the official checkout time of 12pm, without any prior notification. This not only prevented access to the elevator but also locked us out of the room momentarily. Imagine the potential stress if a guest is accidentally locked out with a young child inside! A clear communication policy regarding access deactivation and offering temporary solutions in such situations would be greatly appreciated. By addressing these issues, the hotel could significantly improve the overall guest experience.

We had iftar party there, it was magically Arabic food, and good. The service was good. They were filling dishes. Ambience was good. Above average
