If i could rate this hotel a zero i would. For the amount of money paid the services we got were so so so bad. The towels were disgusting with stains in them and body hair. TWICE. The sheets smelled like food. Actually the entire hotel smelled like food. The staff are not helpful. It took them 4 hours to deliver our shopping to the room. Total rip off. Most important thing is hygiene, there was none here i was so scared to even sleep on the ripped bed sheets that were provided. Disgusting.

This hotel is NOT 5 star.I got a ripped blanket and the door lock does not work properly.I liked their soap ? and the washroom was always very clean. The people at the reception we're not very polite and they never had a microwave which most hotels have.

This is my first time and I was very satisfied with most of the services they provide.
Rooms are specious and comfortable, also the cooling system is very good and quiet.
Breakfast is very good. There are variety of food and it tastes good.

The location of the hotel is near the mosque, literally few steps from gate 79.
The hotel is in a mall area, however the shops do not have variety of options. There is a big super market in the mall which makes it easier to find anything u need.
Wifi / Internet speed is very poor.
Location is extra ordinary.
Good place for food as well.
Fair value of money.

I finish hajj and start to stay in few different hotel in front of Al Haram... Hyatt is the best in term of breakfast.. variety selection and they provide coffee machine. They have more than 5 choice of cereal. Rooms is clean and nice interior design . Location is near to Haram but if police close the road you will be diverted to the expansion gate. Still near.
