The hotel is fancy with comfy rooms.
Even tho it is super close to Haram, you'll have to go to the FAR new extension, which can be a bit of a hassle. The service is okay, not extraordinary, but the place is well-kept. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're okay with the location trade-off.

This is one of the best places to stay around the Grand Mosques of Makkah. It is easily accessible from the Mosque's piazza, and you can join the congregation from its guests only prayer area.
The rooms are spacious and well furnished and decorated with wall arts. Their restaurant is superb with it's open buffet in the morning and evening. The daily room keeping was fantastic, and the staffers are already to assist.
I enjoyed the Haram View room and the daily basket of fruits served in the room. I wished to have stayed longer...

I would highly recommend this hotel when booking your accommodation in Makkah. It is conveniently situated to attend prayers in the Haram. The service is excellent and the cleaning service is outstanding. The staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and modern and we had a great partial view of the Haram. The breakfast had a lot of options and all the food was delicious.

Such a beautiful hotel. All the staffs were friendly and welcoming. Comfortable stay, all buffet meals had variety of choices. Alhamdulillah. Highly recommended!

The Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah provides guests with complimentary WiFi throughout the property and designated prayer areas for both men and women on the hotel's parking level. Furthermore, guests have the option to listen to prayers in their rooms. The rooms are tidy and well-equipped with essential amenities, including an iron, ironing board, TV, and tea/coffee facilities.
