I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Makkah and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great location, just a few minutes away from the holy mosque, making it very convenient for pilgrims. One thing that particularly impressed me was the early check-in service. Despite arriving earlier than the standard check-in time, the staff was very accommodating and efficiently arranged for my room to be ready, allowing me to freshen up and rest after a long journey. The service at the hotel was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist in any way possible. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided helpful information and recommendations, making my stay even more enjoyable. The view from the hotel room was breathtaking. I was fortunate to have a room with a view of the holy mosque, which was truly awe-inspiring. It added a sense of serenity and spirituality to my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Makkah. It offers a great location, early check-in service, excellent services, and a stunning view.

This hotel was beyond my expectations. It was very centrally located. It was very clean and nice. Rooms were excellent. I was travelling with my family. Each and every staff went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. I had great pleasure in meeting Mr Arif. He not only made our stay pleasurable but also very memorable. He went out of his way to make our stay very comfortable. I think he is an exceptional person. Even the breakfast area was extraordinary. The house keeping were excellent. Each and everything was excellent. No words to describe the excellent service I have received. Each and every staff from check-in counter to the waiters are exceptional. There was a very fine gentleman at the check in counter. He had a long beard. He was very helpful while we were checking in. And there was another lady who was very helpful too.

Great experience by all means. 5 stars for hospitality and location. Just in-front of Haram. has wide variety of shops around. Breakfast is outstanding, staff are extremely polite and helpful, specially front desk ones. Highly recommended.
