Magnificent hotel. Extremely courteous staff. Very smooth check in, good quality rooms, washrooms and cleanliness across the hotel. The best breakfast ever. The lifts take you straight to Haram entrance from your rooms. Special thanks to Housekeeping person Mr Sharif Ul Islam for the fantastic service and even brought the medicine down to reception at check out which we forgot in the Room. Recommended to all travelers performing Umrah. Good restaurants and shopping outlets at C1 level of this hotel. Very close to Haram.

Here with family for ummrah. Really enjoyed my time here. Great atmosphere, location and services. Staff is really cooperative. Housekeeping staff kept our rooms tidy and worth staying. One of the staff named Mohammed Jewel was very friendly and cooperative. Thank you all for the great service.

Excellent rooms, beautiful view. Keen attention to detail and cleanliness. Friendly, attentive and diligent staff. Location is fair with a good, speedy, timeous shuttle negating a steep hill but a bit of a walk from the main entrance to the Haram (Mataaf area).

Location is absolutely amazing, it’s right by Al Haram, and king Fahad gate is like a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Super easy to go back as well after you finish your Omrah.
There is also a mall with a bunch of great little gift shops in it and multiple restaurants so it is super easy to grab a bite to eat after finishing your Omrah.
The room itself was really nice, we did book a 3 bed room and when we got there they told us that they were out of these rooms and they can only provide us a 2 bed room but provided an extra bed which was decent. And the room was super clean with a partial view of Al Haram.
Service was super fast and efficient! However, there seems to be some kind of technical issues with their key cards. As they randomly stopped working and I noticed this with some other guests throughout my stay as well. So hopefully that gets resolved.
Overall, I really recommend this hotel, super convenient, great service and it is relatively worth what you pay in my opinion.
