Rooms are great and the furniture is in great new shape EXCEPT for the carpets! They're very dull and look and feel so worn out and not vacuumed regularly enough!! It's worth noting that there's no fridge nor a coffee station in the room. The breakfast buffet is huge quantity but average in quality. However, location is top and service is outstanding.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a nice view of the Clock Tower. Hotel diner was excellent, with a huge variety of food options cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly and approachable. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely consider booking again in the future. I’d like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Hyatt Regency for making my stay special. Thank you once again.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet surpassed any hotel I've ever been to. Food was delicious and the dining area has a welcoming ambiance. Located in close proximity to the Haram and there are a number of food outlets located on the lower floors of the hotel building.

Had a great experience.
Very close to Haram (less than 5 min walking distance)
Room super clean and well equipped.
Staff very helpful.
Perfect breakfast, wide range of options.
Food court available in the same building.

The distance to get to the haram is at least 10 minutes considering the slow lifts and would recommend making ways at least 5 minutes before the adhan. I would not recommend using the AC as the air ventilation is dirty and you will end up falling sick. The hotel definitely needs to invest in new air conditioners that can be serviced regularly. However, it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, the service was outstanding.
