The ambiance in Al Bustan Restaurant was sophisticated and inviting, creating a perfect dining experience. The service was superb from the moment we walked in, as the staff was attentive, and genuinely committed to providing an exceptional dining experience. Selection of menu is exceptional showcasing their artistry too.

We loved the Thursday night seafood buffet. My wife and I spent 5 nights at this 5 star hotel last week. The room was comfortable in every way. Thanks in large measure to the efforts of Ryan, the assistant restaurant manger, we had a wonderful stay in Riyadh and at the Intercontinental. Thankfully, we bought the breakfast and dinner package. Ryan and restaurant manager Roland , both went out of their way to introduce us to the special menus on Oriental, International and Seafood nights. They would get us items not in the buffet, would come over to our table to make us welcome and asking about our day. They told about activities in Riyadh, and recommended Boulevard World and then Ryan spent an hour on his cell phone purchasing tickets for us. When we asked about shopping, he recommended Park Riyadh Mall and arranged an Uber for us to the mall. We will be recommending Intercontinental Riyadh to all of our friends traveling to Saudi Arabia. I grew up in this amazing hotel. My father worked here in the HR department. We’ve had some delicious and memorable meals here many times! Even after we left Riyadh, we had the opportunity to stay at this lovely hotel. They’ve got amazing staff and has always maintained their hospitality and standards. Miss this lovely hotel. Hoping to visit soon! ♥️

Our Al Bustan dining experience was great. Their international dinner buffet has a variety of options and we enjoyed it. Me and my friends were thankful to their kind and accommodating staff.
